HOURLY RATE
The price of the work is 300 CZK per half hour.
The hourly rate is 500 CZK.
The price is the same at any agreed time (possible weekends, days off, evenings)

AGREED PRICE FOR THE ORDER
It can often be more advantageous to agree on the total price for the ordered work - the order.
It always depends on the situation and the specific agreement

TRANSPORT
Within Brno, transport is charged at a flat rate of 200 CZK.
For orders outside Brno, the rate is 10 CZK per kilometer
.Hourly rate = 450 CZK
The price remains the same on weekends and public holidays
Window cleaning per m² = 40 CZK
Standard single-casement window (approx. 1.35 m²) = approx. 110 CZK (both sides)
Standard double-casement window (approx. 2.3 m²) = approx. 180 CZK (both sides)
Estimated price for a 2+1 apartment = 800 CZK for window cleaning + 200 CZK for transport = 1,000 CZK total
Estimated price for a 3+1 apartment = 1,000 CZK for window cleaning + 200 CZK for transport = 1,200 CZK
Interior blinds = 40 CZK/m²
Exterior blinds = 50 CZK/m²
* +50% surcharge for heavily soiled windows
Interior painting (estimated price) per m² = 60 CZK
Requires an on-site inspection to assess the condition of the walls, including the need for priming, scraping, leveling, etc.
Estimated price for a 2+1 apartment = 18,000 CZK
Estimated price for a 3+1 apartment = 25,000 CZK
Wallpapering (estimated price) per m² = 200 CZK
Requires an on-site inspection to assess the condition of the walls
Depends primarily on the chosen wallpaper material
Transport within Brno = 200 CZK
Outside Brno = 10 CZK per km
Transport to Brno-Tuřany Airport = 450 CZK
Price applies for up to 4 passengers
Transport to Bratislava Airport = 3,500 CZK
